1. About our services
Pro Paint Media provides marketing and appointment setting services for painting contractors. The Site describes those services and allows you to book an introductory call. Content on the Site is for general information only and is not a binding offer.
2. Client engagements
Any services you purchase from Pro Paint Media are governed by a separate written service agreement between you and us. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that engagement.

The Site is intended for use by adults 18 or older acting on behalf of a business. By booking a call, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act for your company.

When you book a call, you agree to receive communications from us about your appointment and our services, including by email and text message, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
5. No guarantees
Marketing results depend on many factors outside any agency's control, including your market, your pricing, your follow up, and your capacity. Nothing on the Site is a promise of specific results, revenue, appointment volume, or return on advertising spend. Any figures shown on the Site or discussed on calls are illustrations, not guarantees.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Pro Paint Media and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping it, submitting false booking information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
